Regulatory Independence Statement

My Zaid Factor supports continuous readiness. It does not replace, represent or speak for a UAE education regulator.

Public statementLast updated: 6 September 2026
The essential distinction

Readiness describes how a school prepares, organises evidence, addresses gaps and maintains improvement. Compliance is a legal or regulatory conclusion that My Zaid Factor does not independently issue.

Independent platform

My Zaid Factor is an independent Not Just 4.AI platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of ADEK, KHDA, SPEA, the UAE Ministry of Education or another government authority unless a future relationship is expressly confirmed in writing by the relevant authority.

My Zaid Factor can

  • Support internal readiness assessments.
  • Help organise relevant evidence.
  • Record observations, findings and actions.
  • Assist authorised human reviewers.
  • Produce controlled readiness reports.

My Zaid Factor cannot

  • Conduct a government inspection.
  • Declare a school legally compliant.
  • Guarantee an inspection outcome.
  • Issue regulator approval or certification.
  • Convert school participation into endorsement.

How public labels must be read

LabelMeaning
School self-assessedCompleted internally by the school using the stated My Zaid Factor methodology.
Independently reviewedAn authorised human reviewer examined the stated scope and supporting evidence. It is still not a government inspection or certification.
Not publishedNo information is available through My Zaid Factor. It does not indicate failure or non-compliance.
Evidence coverageThe proportion of expected evidence addressed within the stated readiness scope; not a compliance score.

Evidence and human control

Regulatory claims intended for production must be traceable to an authoritative source, exact provision, applicable version and current scope. AI may help structure or analyse information, but an AI agent may not grant final human acceptance to its own research.

Responsibility remains with the school

School owners, governing bodies and leadership retain responsibility for their practices, evidence, decisions and regulatory obligations. Users should consult the relevant regulator and qualified professional advisers when an authoritative determination or legal interpretation is required.
