Pilot conditions

Terms of Use

These draft terms establish safe operating boundaries for evaluation of the My Zaid Factor school-readiness pilot.

DRAFT — BLOCKED pending UAE legal reviewLast updated: 6 September 2026
Not approved production terms

These terms have not completed UAE legal review and must not be treated as final or approved. A signed pilot agreement will govern participation by a real school.

1. Purpose and permitted use

My Zaid Factor supports internal school readiness, evidence organisation, improvement actions and human review. Authorised pilot users may use it only for the school, role and scope assigned to them.

2. No official determination

My Zaid Factor is not a regulator, inspection authority or certification body. Its outputs are readiness information and workflow records. They are not official compliance determinations, inspection results, legal advice, approvals or certifications.

3. User responsibilities

4. AI assistance and human decisions

Where AI assists with summaries, mappings, draft findings or suggested actions, the output requires review. AI does not independently accept regulatory evidence, issue a final assurance decision or promote a claim to human-accepted status.

5. Evidence and intellectual property

The school remains responsible for having authority to provide its evidence. Pilot access does not transfer ownership of school materials to Not Just 4.AI. The My Zaid Factor platform, methodology and underlying software remain the intellectual property of their respective owner.

6. Availability and change

A pilot is an evaluation environment and may change. Service levels, support, data retention, exit arrangements, liability, confidentiality, governing law and dispute resolution must be stated in the signed pilot agreement.

7. Suspension

Access may be restricted where necessary to address suspected misuse, unauthorised access, security risk or a material breach of the pilot agreement, subject to the agreed escalation process.

8. Contact

Questions about these draft terms may be sent to legal@notjust4.ai.

BLOCKED before production

UAE counsel must approve governing law, liability, warranties, confidentiality, service levels, data terms, suspension, termination and dispute provisions.
