It covers school business contacts only. Demonstrations of My Zaid Factor use prepared example data, and we ask schools never to send us student, staff or safeguarding information. For the pilot's child-data boundary, see Privacy & Child Data.
Who we are
My Zaid Factor is a platform of Notjust4AI Limited, a limited liability company registered in Masdar City Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, under trade licence MC 14283. Our registered address is Smart Station, First Floor, Incubator Building, Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the information described here. You can reach us at brahim@notjust4.ai.
We operate under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. We do not claim a free-zone exemption from it.
Why we hold information and what we do with it
We hold contact details for schools in the United Arab Emirates so that we can offer and arrange demonstrations of My Zaid Factor, respond to enquiries, and keep a record of our contact with each school. We use them for nothing else.
What we hold
- School information: the school's name, emirate, regulator, curriculum, area, website, and the general or role email address and telephone number the school itself publishes, such as info@ or reception@. These identify an organisation, not a person.
- Enquiries: if you contact us or request a demonstration, we hold your name, job title, school, work email, any telephone number you give us, and our correspondence. For a form submission we also keep the IP address and browser details sent with it, to prevent misuse.
- Contact record: the dates and outcomes of our emails with your school.
We do not hold the names or personal contact details of individual school staff. Where we had collected the names of school leaders from published sources, we deleted them on 20 September 2026 and no longer collect them.
Where we obtained it
From the regulator that publishes a school directory — the Department of Education and Knowledge (Abu Dhabi), the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (Dubai), the Sharjah Private Education Authority, the Ras Al Khaimah Department of Knowledge, and the Ajman and Fujairah government portals — and from the school's own website. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not take contact details from social media.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside Notjust4AI Limited. We do not sell contact details, we do not share them with third parties for those parties' own marketing, and we do not pass them to any government body or regulator.
Where it is held, and the transfer outside the UAE
The website itself stores nothing about you. It is a set of static pages with no database, and the demonstration request form does not currently record anything.
Your enquiry, and our correspondence with your school, lives in our mailbox. That mailbox is Private Email, operated by Namecheap, Inc. Namecheap states that its Private Email servers sit in its United States datacenter in Phoenix, Arizona, and that data is processed in the United States. This information is therefore held outside the United Arab Emirates.
We make that transfer under Article 23(1)(a) of the Personal Data Protection Law, which permits a transfer to a country without its own data protection legislation where it is made under a contract obliging the receiving company to apply the protections this law requires. We are the controller of your information; Namecheap, Inc. is our processor, under its data processing agreement, which incorporates the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Namecheap also states that it may send limited portions of email content to OpenAI’s moderation tool to detect spam, phishing and other harmful activity, and that logs from those scans are kept for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. It states that this content is not used to train OpenAI models and is not otherwise retained. We mention it because it is a second transfer, and you are entitled to know about it.
If either arrangement changes, we will say so here.
How long we keep it
Twelve months after our last contact with the school, unless an agreement follows, after which we delete it. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep the minimum record needed to respect that.
How to stop hearing from us
Reply to any email from us and say so, or write to brahim@notjust4.ai. We act on it when we read it, not at the end of a cycle. Under Article 17(1) of the Personal Data Protection Law your objection to processing for direct marketing is absolute, and we will always honour it. We send at most one follow-up to a school that does not reply, and nothing further after that.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us for the information listed in its Article 13, ask us to correct or erase your personal data, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, and object to processing for direct marketing. Write to brahim@notjust4.ai. We aim to reply within 30 days.
If something goes wrong
If personal data we hold is breached in a way that affects your privacy, we will notify the UAE Data Office as the law requires, and tell you where the law or plain decency requires it.
Complaints
Please tell us first at brahim@notjust4.ai. You also have the right to complain to the UAE Data Office under Article 24 of the Personal Data Protection Law.
